Role Description
This is a remote role for a FIELDBOSS service management solution expert. The FIELDBOSS service management solution expert will be responsible for analyzing the software needs of clients, configuring software applications, building customizations and workflows, training end-users, providing post-installation support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Experience with FIELDBOSS service management solution implementations
-Thorough understanding of field service and inventory management processes
-Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing
-FIELDBOSS service management solution
-Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and system issues
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong project management and organizational skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
-Certifications in FIELDBOSS service management solution is a plus
