Expert Virtual Project Manager (Roofing & Estimating) | Remote | U.S. Hours
Flagstone Roofing is hiring an experienced Virtual Project Manager to oversee residential roofing jobs across Texas. This role requires deep expertise in production management, estimating, and remote coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage production schedules, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics
Review scopes, permits, claims, and material orders
Create and validate roofing estimates (Xactimate or similar)
Monitor timelines and budgets, resolve issues proactively
Communicate with crews, suppliers, and clients in real-time
Ensure quality, safety, and project completion using RoofLink, CompanyCam, SRS Portal, and Google Suite
Requirements:
Expert-level experience in roofing production and estimating (U.S. experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of materials, insurance claims, and job costing
Skilled in remote crew management and scope review
Highly organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in English
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Must be available during U.S. Central Time hours
