Expert Team for Triple Website Migration

Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced development agency or dedicated delivery team to lead the migration and relaunch of an existing website into three independent, service-specific websites.
This is a structured migration project, not a greenfield build.
Project Overview
We currently operate a single website serving multiple services. We are restructuring this into three focused websites, all based on the Ireland market:
Careers
Career readiness services for students and freshers (interview training, CV/profile building, job readiness)
Mentoring
Domain-specific mentoring for students and working professionals
Immigration
Immigration assistance and compliance guidance for Ireland (high-trust, SEO-sensitive content)
The goal is to improve clarity, conversions, SEO performance, and scalability by launching these as independent sites with preserved SEO equity.
Scope of Work
The selected team will own end-to-end delivery, including:
Technical discovery and architecture recommendations
Content audit and mapping from the existing site
Multi-site setup (domains, hosting, CMS)
SEO-safe migration (301 redirects, metadata, sitemaps, canonical setup)
UX/UI implementation (distinct but related branding)
Frontend and backend development
Forms, lead flows, and data migration
Performance, security, and cross-browser testing
Go-live support and post-launch monitoring
Experience with SEO-sensitive migrations is mandatory.
Required Experience

Strong understanding of SEO, redirects, and content preservation
Ability to recommend and justify CMS and hosting decisions
