Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt to changes in project scope or schedule.
• Report project status to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
• Ensure projects comply with company standards and quality requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and maintain comprehensive project records.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
