Experienced Project Manager (Fast-Paced Operations Focused)
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
We’re a performance-focused growth marketing agency running Google and Meta paid traffic for values-led businesses.
We have a small internal team (7 people) and are looking to bring on a Project Manager to help coordinate work, manage priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can keep multiple projects moving forward at once.
Training and clear processes will be provided.
>What This Role Involves
You will manage a fast-moving workflow with multiple active projects and priorities.
This includes:
- Making quick prioritization decisions
- Ensuring tasks are moving forward daily
- Preventing delays and stagnation
- Keeping momentum across all work
- Handling multiple moving parts at once
Your job is to keep everything moving quickly and efficiently.

Your primary job is to maintain speed and execution across the team.
This includes:
- Driving daily progress across all tasks
- Ensuring nothing sits idle
- Quickly resolving blockers
- Keeping projects moving forward without delays
You are responsible for speed, urgency, and execution.

Task Management & Prioritization
- Review and prioritize tasks daily
- Make fast decisions with limited information
- Ensure high-impact work is prioritized
- Keep all tasks moving forward
Execution & Follow-Up
- Track progress across all team members
- Follow up on incomplete or delayed work
- Push tasks to completion
- Ensure deadlines are met consistently
Workflow & Bottleneck Management
- Identify delays or slowdowns immediately
- Resolve blockers quickly
- Ensure smooth task flow between team members
Execution Oversight
- Maintain visibility across all work
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Keep everything moving efficiently
Secondary: Client & Team Experience Support
- Ensure critical deliverables are not delayed
- Flag risks early
- Maintain momentum across client work
What This Role Is NOT
- Not strategy
- Not execution work
- Not client sales
Requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

- Part-time: 30-40 hours per week
- Must work in Pacific Time
