- Having IT project management experience for both small and complex projects
- Having client communication experience and can derive value for the clients, gather requirements and understand the client's needs
- Having experience to coordinate tasks and understand the progress

- Can speak, write and understand English fluently
- Optional: Can speak or understand Japanese
