Experienced Project Leader

About us:
We are a young and ambitious team with 4+ years of experience in online marketing and e-commerce. We mainly focus on helping others become independent online entrepreneurs as well.
With our team of 15 people we recently started a new project and therefore we would like to hire an experienced Project Leader for the extent of one month and maybe for a longer timespan if mutually agreeable.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader with proven interest in entrepreneurship, management and cryptocurrency amongst others. You have a track record with at least three years of experience as a Project Leader and are not afraid to work late nights due to an international community and team.
For this first month we are looking for someone who is willing to focus full time on this project with us in order to meet the product launch deadline at any cost. This also means being prepared to work flexible hours instead of fixed hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the overview asking feedback from team members
- Leading the team members
- Consilate with owners and COO
- Really being the owner of the project, making sure everything is going well and every team member has the resources they need.
- Facilitate all the team members.
- Overseeing everything is executed in time and have the future plan.
- Having a plan and knowing how to execute it.
- Make a project plan and check on output moments.
