Looking for professional and experienced professional to help set up CRM for a insurance sales team with a team size of < 20 pax.
Our goal is to fully leverage on this CRM to track our sales and to create a streamlined, intuitive, and scalable system tailored to our specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Set up Clientele Tracking for Individual Agent
2. Classification / Category group of Clients
3. Tracking of Sales, Shortfall for Incentives
4. Notification on Sales Submission from Teammates
5. Countdown for End of Quarter, etc.
6. Dashboard for Updates on Quarterly Incentives
7. Calendar
8. Upload of Files / Forms
9. Dashboard for Upcoming Events
10. User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions and documentation to help our team fully understand and adopt the newly configured system. Offer ongoing support during the transition phase.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proven track record in configuring and optimizing, especially in board setup and automation.
• Expertise in creating customized dashboards and integrating with other tools.
• Strong experience in workflow design and template creation for repeatable processes.
• Excellent communication and training skills to guide team members in effectively using the platform.
