Day to day you’ll:
• Own my calendar—juggling meetings across time zones, anticipating conflicts, and sending concise briefs so I enter every call prepared.
• Track initiatives from kickoff to delivery, updating tasks, owners, and deadlines in GoHighLevel (our central hub) and, when helpful, tools like Asana or Trello.
• Act as the first point of contact for team members, clients, and vendors—screening emails, drafting responses, and making sure action items never slip through the cracks.
Success looks like this: my calendar runs smoothly with zero surprises, project dashboards reflect real-time progress, and stakeholders feel consistently informed. Proficiency in GoHighLevel is a must; familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace will make the ramp-up even faster.
