Excel BOQ MEP Cost Estimation

I have a completed bill-of-quantities for a new shisha lounge in Abu Dhabi and now need it turned into a fully populated cost estimate. The scope covers the full MEP package—Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing—so every line in the BOQ must be priced and summarized in a clear, well-structured Excel file.

You will start from my BOQ, verify quantities, add unit rates and mark-ups where required, then calculate subtotals and the overall project value. The final sheet should separate material and labour subtotals while still rolling everything into one grand total so I can adjust figures easily during negotiations.
