Event-Driven AI System

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance project manager to manage our event-driven AI system project from start to end in a remote startup environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient in using AI tools to optimize their time and make the best future-focused products. They will be responsible for planning and hiring the minimum required team for the project and should have experience in building a physical intelligent electronics project from concept to market.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire project from start to end, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget
Work closely with the team to develop the project plan, timeline, and budget
Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
Hire the minimum required team for the project and manage their tasks
Utilize AI tools to optimize time and maximize productivity
Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing plan for the project
Provide regular project status reports to the stakeholders
Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments as needed
Ensure that the project is completed within the specified budget
Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that the project objectives are met
Manage the procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and supplies

Requirements:
Proven experience as a project manager in building physical intelligent electronics projects from concept to market
Experience in managing remote teams and working in a startup environment
Proficient in using AI tools to optimize time and maximize productivity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
