**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to assess demand for professional dance and wrestling shows in Dubai's hospitality industry and analyze competitor offerings, pricing structures, and typical venue expectations.
- Conduct a feasibility study to project revenues, costs, licensing and visa requirements, as well as potential ROI under best-, medium-, and worst-case scenarios.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan that includes the brand concept, service packages, marketing strategy targeting tourists, residents, and expats, operational flow (from casting to technical requirements and logistics), organizational chart, and five-year financial projections with break-even analysis.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience launching projects, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and detailed financial analyses.
- Knowledge of local regulations and procedures for obtaining entertainment permits and NOCs for venues.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
