You are required to complete two pieces of assessment, a poster presentation and a project report, which should both be based on the same subject. Firstly, to design and create a poster that examines the macro and microeconomic influences on the project (Done). the report will go on to evaluate the external influences on the project and appraise the role of ethics and corporate social responsibility on the same chosen project.
Your report should briefly introduce the project and then go on to critically evaluate the external influences on the project and identify the various stakeholders involved. It should also critically appraise whether the project has been managed ethically and whether it has delivered any benefits to the community in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The report should be professionally produced and have a word count of 3000 (+/-10%) words. Points raised in the report must be substantiated by references to current theory, research, and practice. minimum of 15 references

STRUCTURE OF THE REPORT:
• Executive summary: a brief summary of the aim, methodology, contents, and conclusions of the report.
• List of contents: showing the breakdown of the project into its constituent parts and locating them by page number. It is good practice to also include a list of figures, tables and appendices.
• Introduction: presenting the background information and justifying the research and/or consultancy problem/issue and introducing the approach taken to investigating and presenting the problem.
• Body of the report: should be arranged in a way appropriate to the topic, presenting a review of relevant literature, results and discussions and a synthesis of findings, critical analysis of facts and/or ideas, using chapter headings, with paragraphs and spacing for ease of reading and cross-reference.
• Conclusions and recommendations: an assessment of the findings along with any recommendations; this section should, explicitly or implicitly, establish the validity of the work in relation to its field.
• References: should be Harvard format for all in-text citations and end list of references
