Coordinate multiple outsourced services, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of results.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to outsourcing, bringing valuable insights to enhance the outsourcing strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing outsourced operations or services, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align outsourced functions with overall business objectives.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively convey expectations and provide feedback.
Financial acumen to analyze and manage outsourcing costs.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and proactively find solutions.
Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple outsourced services and track progress.
Industry knowledge and experience in relevant sectors is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
