Employee E-Learning Module Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to build a comprehensive, interactive e-learning module for our employees and need an instructional designer who can own the process from concept to SCORM-ready delivery.
Scope of work
• Analyse existing policies and subject-matter insights, then craft a clear learning strategy and measurable objectives.
• Produce a complete storyboard that outlines tone, interactions, assessments, branching logic, and visual style.
• Develop the course in a mainstream authoring tool—Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or similar—optimised for desktop and mobile.
• Integrate engaging multimedia (voice-over, short video, infographics) and knowledge checks that reinforce key takeaways.
• Package the module to SCORM 1.2/2004 standards and provide an easy-to-follow implementation guide for our LMS team.
• Supply a revision cycle that allows for stakeholder feedback, refinements, and final QA.
What I’m looking for in your detailed project proposal
• A concise outline of your instructional design approach, including preferred tools and methodology.
• Timeline and milestone breakdown from kickoff through final hand-off.
• Examples of past employee-focused e-learning that demonstrate interactivity and results.
• Team structure (if applicable) and point of contact for communication.
Success criteria
The finished module must align with adult learning best practices, load seamlessly in our LMS, and clearly move employees toward the stated performance goals. If these deliverables and acceptance benchmarks match your expertise, I’d love to review your proposal and timeline.
