Email Response Project Assistant (40 hours)

I need a sharp, reliable assistant who can take full ownership of my subcontractor inbox. Every message from our subcontractors must be answered promptly, clearly, and in flawless C1-level English. Your typical day will involve logging in to the shared mailbox, triaging new messages, composing thoughtful replies that follow our tone and policies, and flagging anything that needs my direct input.
Turn-around matters; I aim for same-business-day responses. To keep me in the loop without flooding my screen, I expect a concise end-of-day summary noting any open threads, promises made, or issues that could delay a project timeline. We work primarily in Gmail and occasionally Slack, so familiarity with both is helpful.
Deliverables
• Inbox cleared to “zero” each business day
• Professional, well-structured replies to all subcontractor communications within agreed response times
• Daily summary report (bullet points are fine) highlighting pending items and urgent follow-ups
