Elaborate Gateway Application Development Framework

I'm seeking to design a gateway app that emphasizes three primary features:
1. User Authentication - The user should be able to securely login to the app, and the login process should be seamless and user-friendly.
2. Payment Processing Integration - The app needs to have financial transaction functionality, hence the ability to process payments is essential.
