I am looking for Companies/Project Managers in Nigeria who can help and guide my organization to migrate successfully to a new ERP solution.
Some of the tasks to be achieved includes;
1. Evaluating the Current system, gaps identification and fit for purpose assessment
2. Best practice benchmarking and development of a migration plan
3. The Risk assessment of the current system
4. Identification of suitable ERP and management of the bid process
5. Development of an implementation road-map and relevant work plans
6. Oversee the activities of the project implementation committee while liaising with the solution providers
7. Coordinate the deployment of the selected ERP solution etc.
