• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and analysis to identify areas for improvement in production workflows.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SCM modules related to production to meet client-specific needs.
• Deliver training and support to end-users to optimize system adoption and utilization in production operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems, particularly in relation to production planning and scheduling.
Requirements:
• Fluency in French is essential, as the project involves communication with French speaking stakeholders.
• Extensive experience working with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a specialization in production management.
• Strong understanding of production processes, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and provide solutions specifically for production workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.
