Dragon Boat Training & Regatta Manager
Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR
I'm seeking (in principle) an experienced project manager to oversee a selection of dragon boat training programmes between Northern Ireland, Sligo, and Co Leitrim and assist in organising a regatta. Our primary goal is to develop competitive performance, health and wellbeing. It is a project over a period of two years as part of the PeacePlus programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training schedules across four NI/ROI counties to maximise team performance
- Coordinate logistics and communications
- Organise equipment logistics to ensure readiness
- Provide partial assistance in regatta organisation
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Background in sports management or project management
- Experience with team sports logistics
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for or knowledge of dragon boating would be helpful.
