About Us: We are launching a new international tech venture in Estonia, backed by experienced Spanish and American partners in technology. Our goal is to establish the company's effective management headquarters in Estonia and grow our presence in the tech industry.
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations and Projects to lead our KameleonLabs project and provide support to our sister projects. This role is crucial for centralizing our management in Estonia due to its excellent facilities for managing tech projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the KameleonLabs project (https://www.kameleonlabs.ai/)
Provide support to sister projects such as:
https://www.logicplaces.com/
https://www.commercecraft.ai/
https://www.mojito360.com/
and other new projects coming soon
Coordinate and manage an international development team dedicated to executing various projects (both our own and third-party)
Establish and maintain effective management operations in Estonia
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the tech sector
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be local to Tallinn, Estonia
