I’m ready to move my digital initiatives from idea to execution and need a meticulous consultant who can turn every requirement into clear, developer-ready tasks. On the website side I already know the broad strokes—layout and structure, eye-catching graphic elements, and interactive features must all work together seamlessly—so your job is to break that vision down into page-by-page task tickets, complete with wireframes or low-fidelity mock-ups, asset lists, and concise implementation notes.
Parallel to the site, I want detailed task roadmaps for three core products: a CRM, a CMS, and a packaged starter kit. Each should have its own feature backlog, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and recommended tech stack so my team can estimate and sprint with confidence.
Finally, the brand needs to speak consistently across print and digital collateral. Please include task sets for a brochure, promotional pamphlet, and reusable marketing templates that designers can pick up without extra clarification.
