Develop and implement a quality management system

We are a company that provides drone services to the mining industry. We produce a repeatable service, but have been having trouble getting repeatability and reliability. We would like a quality management system with an emphasis on continual improvement to standardise our output and increase our efficiency.
I also have a client who requires us to provide them a quality management system before they give us work, they state that it needs to apply a risk based approach to quality.
So I need a person who can not only produce the quality management system document, but also work with my sharepoint developer to set up the system for use with our office 365 internal cloud system.
Please include in your proposal a screenshot of a quality management system you have developed and please only bid if you can show evidence of a quality management system you have developed in the past.
