Detailed Project Brief Consultant Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have an idea for a new digital project but only a rough outline of what I want to achieve. Before I move on to hiring designers or developers, I need a clear, well-structured brief that tells future contractors exactly what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured. I’m looking for someone who can draw that information out of me, organise it logically, and turn it into a polished document that any team can follow.
You would:
• Run a discovery session (or two) with me over Zoom or similar
• Provide guiding questionnaires or frameworks that help uncover goals, audience, functionality, content, and milestones
• Draft the full brief in Google Docs, Word, or Notion—whatever you prefer—so it’s easy for me to edit later
• Refine the document after my feedback until it is client-ready
Acceptance criteria:
• The final brief is no more than 10 pages, clearly sectioned, free of jargon, and includes objectives, target users, must-have features, desired look & feel, timeline, and measurable KPIs.
• All links, diagrams, or references are embedded and working.
• I receive both an editable file and a PDF version.
If you’ve helped clients shape project scopes before—especially for websites, apps, or branding work—let’s talk.
