Design SharePoint Project Management Tracking System

I need a Microsoft SharePoint-based solution that lets our Project Managers, Team Members, and Executives track every initiative from kick-off to close-out. The focus is pure task and project tracking: creating schedules, assigning work, and monitoring progress in one place without forcing the team to jump between tools.

Core functionality
• Gantt charts that render directly in SharePoint so anyone can grasp timelines at a glance.
• Simple task assignment with due dates, status columns, and automatic reminders.
• Progress reporting that rolls up task data into project-level dashboards executives can browse in real time.

Deliverables
1. Configured SharePoint site with Gantt, task, and dashboard pages ready for production.
2. Documentation (or short video walkthrough) showing admins how to add new projects, adjust fields, and maintain permissions.
3. One feedback round after first deployment to fine-tune columns, views, or notification logic.
