Design Organizational Growth Initiatives
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m preparing a new round of social-impact projects for private companies that want to channel their corporate resources into human-talent development and measurable organizational growth. My background is in social work, with ten years of experience running the full cycle of programs focused on leadership, life-skills training and community engagement.
For this next phase I’d like to bring in a collaborator who can work with me from concept through evaluation. You’ll help refine the needs assessment, strengthen the logical framework, craft SMART indicators and shape a monitoring-and-evaluation plan that proves real returns in productivity and employee well-being. Clear, persuasive proposal writing for senior management will also be part of the job, so solid narrative skills are essential.
Please attach a detailed project proposal showing how you would approach:
• Gathering and analysing baseline data inside a corporate setting
• Drafting an LFA (problem tree, objectives tree, logframe) with at least three levels of indicators
• Building an M&E roadmap that includes data-collection tools and reporting timelines
• Outlining intervention methodologies that fit diverse employee profiles and align with organizational KPIs
Acceptance criteria
1. A complete logframe (Excel or Google Sheets) with indicators, means of verification and assumptions.
2. A written M&E strategy (max 8 pages) detailing tools, frequency and responsibilities.
3. A polished executive proposal (max 5 pages) ready for presentation to private-sector stakeholders.
If your proposal demonstrates a practical understanding of these deliverables and a flair for social innovation inside corporate environments, we can move straight into milestone planning and kick-off.
