Dentistry-Quality Management Hybrid Specialist Needed

Hiring Freelance Expert in Dentistry & Quality Management

We are looking to hire a freelancer with strong experience in dentistry and healthcare quality management to develop a full Quality Improvement Project.

Project Scope

You will help design and build a Quality Improvement Project for a new initiative:

Pre-Operative Pediatric Dental Optimization Clinic
A dedicated clinic for pediatric patients already scheduled for full-mouth dental rehabilitation under General Anesthesia (GA).
The clinic will provide preventive and temporary treatments (such as SDF, GI, fluoride, hygiene education) to control dental caries during the 3–4 month waiting period before the surgery.

We Are Seeking Someone With:
• Background in pediatric dentistry or clinical dentistry
• Experience in Quality Improvement (QI) projects
• Familiarity with PDSA cycles, RCA, KPIs, and healthcare workflows
• Ability to create professional QI documents, SOPs, charts, and project charters
• Strong writing and project design skills

Your Deliverables Will Include:
• Problem statement & project aim
• Baseline data structure
• Operational definitions
• Process & outcome measures
• RCA tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys)
• PDSA cycles
• Implementation timeline
• Final QI report / presentation
