Scope and Responsibilities

Tracking: Maintain a live tracker (Google Sheets/Notion) with status, links, submission time, and next steps.

Follow-ups: Queue recruiter messages and schedule informational calls where applicable.

Compliance: Respect application instructions; avoid duplicates; adhere to data privacy and platform policies.

Deliverables

Daily report: Spreadsheet with 100 entries, including:

Job title, company, location, link

Application status (submitted, assessment pending, portal error)

Tailoring notes (keywords used, resume version)

Next actions (follow-up date, contact name if available)

Weekly summary: KPIs, response rates, interviews booked, lessons learned.
