Create and plan a Cyber Security strategy roadmap including a graphical roadmap illustrating projects study, implementation, enhancements and trainings. The roadmap should include the department plans quarterly within 3 - 4 years across all platforms (network security, Endpoint security, Identity management and information security)
Solutions should be specified and descried for all platforms for example (data encryption, data lake/big data, and DLP for information security....)
Each platform should include a future plan on providing such tools as a service.
Scheduling project processes, specifying top 5 vendors on each solution and estimated cost and implementation plan of each.
