I have a new idea on the table and need a capable partner to help shape it into a real product. At this early stage I’m still weighing whether the best format will be a full-featured website, a mobile app, or even a blended advisory service, so flexibility is essential. What matters first is turning loose thoughts into a clear, actionable plan and then following it through to launch.
Here’s how I’d like the collaboration to unfold:
• Discovery session to capture business goals, target users, and technical constraints
• Concise scope document that outlines features, tech stack, timeline, and milestones
• Clickable wireframes or a short prototype to validate flow and UI choices
• Final development roadmap with phased delivery dates
All work can be done in English or Arabic, whichever you prefer. Please share a brief note on similar concept-to-launch projects you’ve handled and the tools you lean on during discovery (Figma, Miro, Jira, etc.). Once we agree on the scope, we’ll lock the schedule and move straight into execution.
