We are an established EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company with active operations in Iraq and the Middle East. We're looking for a skilled freelance development team or individual to build a custom, cloud-based ERP system tailored specifically to the EPC project lifecycle—from proposal to project close-out.
This ERP system will centralize project data, streamline engineering workflows, automate procurement and site tracking, and enable efficient financial and document management. A major focus will also be on business development tools such as creating proposals and responding to client bids.
? Scope of Work:
The ERP system should include the following modules:
1. Proposal Management & Bidding
Create customized technical and commercial proposals
Track RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities
Bid tracker with submission deadlines and status updates
Template builder for fast proposal generation (with dynamic fields)

Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
