Job Description:
I am looking for a long-term assistant who can help me turn ideas, concepts, and project visions into clear plans, documents, mockups, and requirements for designers and developers. You do not need to be a coder. I need someone who is organized, proactive, and able to translate ideas into structured formats.
The role involves helping me build digital assets, websites, and online projects. You will help turn brainstorming into documentation, simple wireframes, and project requirements. You will help keep everything organized across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
– Take rough ideas or notes and turn them into clear project briefs
– Create simple low-fidelity or mid-fidelity mockups in Canva, Figma, or similar tools
– Document user flows, feature lists, and requirements
– Conduct online research related to tools, competitors, comparatives, or examples
– Assist with organizing tasks and project timelines
– Maintain continuity across multiple projects
– Prepare documentation for developers and designers
– Help with content formatting, structuring, and basic layout
– Communicate clearly and proactively
Skills Needed:
– Good English communication (written and verbal)
– Strong organizational abilities
– Ability to turn ideas into structured documents
– Basic Canva or Figma skills (or willingness to learn)
– Good research skills
– Ability to think logically and visually
– Comfortable working with conceptual or creative projects
– Proactive attitude; able to work with limited guidance
Nice to Have (not required):
– Experience with Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools
– Experience creating simple wireframes
– Understanding of UI/UX basics
– Experience writing project requirements

Hours and Budget:
This will start part-time with the potential to become long-term and full-time for the right fit. My budget is modest, so I am looking for someone in a reasonable hourly range (please propose your rate).
