Create Construction-Specific Work Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
As part of documentations needed for a bidding process for a construction project, we need to hire someone who is experienced in preparation of work plans for construction activities (preferably a construction engineer).
We need the following documents to be created for this purpose:
1) A project-specific construction Work Plan to show project initiation, progress and completion in 180 days in 7 separate locations/sites. (Project descriptions attached @ Annex B - SOW)
2) A Mobilization Plan of Manpower & Equipments (construction project-specific)
3) Construction Stage Waste Management Plan (project-specific)
* See project Scope Of Work (SOW) in Annex B (attached). All plans prepared shall be fully responsive and Comprehensive to the project requirements mentioned at SOW. implying that the information is detailed and fully meets or exceeds the SOW.
** For a list of activities needed to completed for this project, see Annex D - Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) (attached)
*** All plans shall be project-specific, fully customized to the requirements of the project. Use of pre-prepared standard templates are not allowed and will not be accepted.
Work Plan & Mobilization Plan to be prepared as per article 2.3.17 of the SOW (attached):
Freelancer shall prepare a work schedule (Gantt chart schedule) indicating the total construction period (6 months) including mobilization period. The Work plan will be prepared in detail and all major activities of the project will be included in the plan. Freelancer will provide detailed mobilization plan of workers and Equipments e.g. at what stage the company will mobilize them and their strength. Freelancer shall show the total work effort associated with project and all other services required as per SOW (attached) to show capacity to be fully adequate for timely completion of the required services.
Construction Stage Waste Management Plan to be prepared as per article 2.4.9 of the SOW ( SOW attached)
Time for the freelancer to complete all the above is 7 Days.
