- Manage the approvals process to ensure content is signed off and published on time.
- Maintain and update editorial calendars, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all multimedia outputs, aligned with TTP’s brand standards.
Workflow & Process Management:
- Prioritise competing production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and refine production workflows to increase efficiency.
Flag risks, bottlenecks, or delays and proactively propose solutions.
- Maintain a central repository of multimedia content and project assets.
Internal & External Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client-facing production deliverables.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on content promotion and publishing schedules.
- Provide regular updates and production briefings to senior leadership.
- Support delivery of content linked to conference partnerships, client campaigns, and sponsor obligations.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- 5+ years of professional experience in production management, project management, or content operations (media, publishing, communications, or marketing preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple deadlines across stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multimedia production workflows (audio, video, editorial).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of trade finance, payments, or financial services sectors.
- Experience working in media, publishing, or B2B communications.
- Prior agency or consultancy experience managing client deliverables.
Location:
