A single-family home constuction build is underway and every date now affects the critical path. Keep one master schedule accurate, visible, and proactively updated in Google Calendar.
Scope
• Enter and maintain three date streams: material deliveries, contractor appointments, and all inspection dates/times.
• Watch for conflicts or lead-time gaps and flag them to me before they become problems.
• Send a concise weekly rundown of what changed, what is locked in for the next seven days, and what still needs confirmation.
Day-to-day work happens inside our shared Google Calendar; no other platform is required. Access to purchase orders, supplier contacts, and permit information will be provided so you can start slotting items into the timeline.
Deliverables
1. A colour-coded Google Calendar that stays at least two weeks ahead of site activity.
2. A weekly written summary (bullet or short paragraph) delivered every Friday by 4 p.m. local time.
Accuracy and foresight are critical: if you spot a delivery that must shift or an inspection that needs rescheduling, notify me early and suggest an alternate date that keeps tasks progressing without idle days thinking a step ahead of the build crew.
