Construction Project Manager for Acoustic Building
Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR
As Proaudio, we intend to embark on a substantial construction project in Tres Cantos, Madrid, where we gravitate towards making strides in the acoustics industry. As such, we are promptly in search of a versatile professional who can take on dual roles effectively: that of an Architect and Surveyor.
For the Architect role, the successful applicant will be expected to:
- Supervise the construction process meticulously
- Ensure that our building project complies fully with laws and regulations
- Facilitate in the selection of suppliers
- Lend general assistance to our workers consistently and promptly
The Surveyor tasks will entail:
- Conscientiously supervising the construction process
- Conducting quality control inspections routinely
- Verifying the consistency of our built
- Ensuring continuous compliance with building codes and regulations
The ideal candidate should possess vast experience in both architecture and surveying and be highly familiar with regional building codes and regulations. They should also exhibit strong leadership skills and have a knack for team facilitation. Proven experience in supplier selection and workforce assistance will also be a significant plus. Must be proficient in English, Italian a plus and, of course, Spanish.
