Construction Project Manager & Planner

I'm looking for an expert in construction project management and planning for a project with a timeline of more than six months. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from start to finish, ensuring it stays on track and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a comprehensive construction plan, including key milestones and timelines
- Project tracking and management to ensure the project remains on schedule
- Budget management to avoid cost overruns
- Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
- Problem-solving and managing any issues that arise during the construction process
