Construction Project Manager, Feild Philadelphia PA

We are looking to hire an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage a medium-scale construction project with a budget of up to $10 million in the Philadelphia, PA area. This project is estimated to take 3-6 months to complete and we require someone with 4-7 years of project management experience. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will need to make sure that all project personnel and contractors adhere to the terms of the contracts; as well as identify any potential risks and take measure to mitigate them. The Construction Project Manager must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as they will be communicating regularly with internal staff, contractors, stakeholders, and developers throughout the entirety of the project.
