Construction Progress & Schedule Reporting
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a reliable partner who can keep my construction stakeholders fully informed without the usual data-chasing. The focus is on clear, timely information rather than lengthy narrative reports.
Scope of work
• Compile concise progress reports that highlight work completed, work in progress, and any variances.
• Update the master schedule (Primavera P6) and generate easy-to-read schedule summaries.
• Maintain an at-a-glance dashboard so decision-makers can spot critical issues quickly.
• Flag potential EOT claims early, gather supporting evidence, and draft the initial claim notes.
Delivery style
I prefer all raw data and visuals in Excel sheets. If you build charts, keep them embedded in the workbook so I can refresh with new data. P6 updates must align with my existing WBS and coding structure.
Rhythm & communication
A weekly cadence works best for me: preliminary data by Thursday, finalised files by end of Friday. Urgent changes—such as programme re-sequence or client-requested acceleration—should trigger a same-day micro-update.
Accuracy is paramount; I’ll sign off once dates in P6, figures in Excel, and the dashboard metrics match. If this streamlined, Excel-centric workflow suits you, let’s get started.
