Construction Management MS Project Template
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
I'm seeking a specialist to design 3 MS Project templates customized for managing the commissioning and start-up phase of a construction project for 3 different busniess units. This template should specifically assist in tracking the projects schedule via Gantt, and it needs to visually show resource (30) availability in a nice full sheet calendar view, resource utilization.
Then I would like to see all 3 of these project templates feed into a power BI report that looks at all 3 project templates and lets us see the whole business picture.
Ideal candidate would possess strong skills in project management, specifically with MS Project, HR resource management, and have extensive knowledge of construction processes and labor management. Power BI skills are also a must. Previous experience in designing construction-related templates on MS Project and HR resource management templates would be an advantage.
