I represent a project management company and we need an experienced construction project manager for a residential / commercial / hospitality projects. The job requires developing an excel based management system with dashboard for pro, during and post construction phases and involves:
Tendering:- Developing BOQ, Receiving Quotes, creating Comparative statements and release of work orders
Scheduling and Timelines: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule to ensure timely completion.
Resource Allocation and Management: Oversee and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Quality Control and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in construction management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection processes
