Construction Business Workflow Optimization

I'm in need of a freelancer to set up a new workflow system on my Monday.com account for my construction business. This new system should help to address the following challenges and objectives:

- Challenges: I've been experiencing a lack of organization which has caused difficulty in tracking progress of our projects. Communication is also an issue that I'm looking to improve upon.

- Objectives: The main goals of implementing this new workflow system are to streamline processes across different projects, increase overall efficiency within my team, and improve project management as a whole.

The ideal candidate for this project should have prior experience in setting up and managing workflow systems, particularly on Monday.com. Knowledge of the construction industry would be a bonus but is not mandatory. You should have a good understanding of project timelines, task assignments, and budget tracking, as these will be the main components of the system. Your role will also involve overseeing projects, ensuring they are on schedule.
