Confluence Pages Creation for Platform Team

I'm looking for an expert in Confluence to build a comprehensive set of pages for our Platform Team. The primary purpose of these pages will be to facilitate Team Collaboration, serve as a Knowledge Base, and assist with Project Management.

The ideal candidate will have:
