The initiative, temporarily codenamed “qrfvfefefefw,” is still under wraps; I have intentionally kept the goal, industry, and platform private here. Before publishing full details, I want to complete a short scoping phase that will clarify requirements, milestones, and the most suitable technology stack.
What this first engagement covers
• One-hour discovery call (recorded) to explore objectives, constraints, and target users
• A concise requirements brief that captures agreed functionality, success metrics, and potential risks
• A phased development roadmap outlining timeline, resources, and estimated cost ranges
Acceptance criteria
1. Requirements brief delivered in PDF/Google Doc, max 8 pages, with clear feature list and priorities.
2. Roadmap includes at least three milestones, each with deliverable descriptions and duration estimates.
3. All documents must reflect our discussion accurately and be ready for executive review.
Experience with modern web, mobile, or software stacks—such as React, Flutter, Node.js, Python, or AWS—is welcome, though final tech choices will be made after discovery. A signed NDA will precede any sensitive information exchange.
