I'm seeking an expert Project Manager for a condominium exterior repainting project. The primary goal is to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs for materials, labor, and contingencies.
- Tender & Contract Document/Agreement
- Propose project management plan, Outline tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the entire repainting process
- Ensure high-quality work that meets aesthetic standards and quality
- Manage timelines and budgets effectively


Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in managing painting projects, particularly in condominium settings with proven record.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders
- Prefer a qualified & Certified Project Management, Architect, Consultant.
- Registered CIDB CCPM
- Local Malaysia stay at Johor Bahru area.
