Comprehensive Project Planning & Scheduling

We are a bespoke home builder focused on delivering high-quality, individualised homes for discerning clients. Our current project is a 6000 sq ft luxury residence, and we are seeking a Remote Freelance Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction, particularly in managing high-end, custom builds.
Setting and maintaining a comprehensive timeline from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring every phase is strategically planned and executed.
Set project milestones, assign tasks, and regularly track progress throughout the project lifecycle to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
Coordinate with our in-house Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Site Manager, who will be responsible for direct communication with trades and contractors, ensuring efficient on-site management and adherence to project standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing bespoke residential projects of similar size and scope, with the ability to update a program remotely while ensuring a high level of oversight.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and openness to learning other project management tools (e.g., JobTread).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate remotely and provide proactive solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and to the highest standards.
