I’m finalising several commercial construction bids and need a partner who can prepare three interconnected items:
• A fully measured Bill of Quantities that captures every cost driver—materials, labour and plant/equipment—ready for direct pricing.
• A concise construction methodology explaining sequencing, access, safety and quality controls.
• A realistic programme (Gantt style) showing critical path and milestones aligned with the methodology.
Deliver the BOQ in BuildSoft, Cubit or a well-structured Excel workbook with live formulas and clear sectional breakdown. Drawings, specifications and addenda will be supplied immediately after award.
Acceptance criteria
– All quantities traceable to the latest drawings with no scope gaps.
– Formulas functional and cell-protected where appropriate.
– Methodology max 5 pages, practical and project-specific.
– Programme in an editable format (MS Project or Primavera XER) with calendar defined.
First draft is due seven days from kickoff, followed by two revision rounds. Accuracy on commercial builds and proven quantification skills will be key to selection.
