Commercial Site Design and Permits
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
I'm seeking an experienced civil engineer to create detailed design plans and prepare necessary permit applications for a commercial project. We're essentially starting from scratch on this project. A new automatic carwash structure was built in 2022 and is on standby since construction. I am attaching an Engineer Design of the building certified by an Engineer in Texas that we cannot use.
Key Responsibilities:
