I need reliable back-of-house help to keep our commercial roofing jobs organised inside ClickUp. Your focus will be on two core areas:
• Estimation & Quoting – Refine my existing templates, plug in current material prices, and turn out quick, accurate quotes for new roofs and repairs.
• Scheduling & Task Tracking – Create straightforward task lists for each job, assign due dates, and watch the timelines so I’m alerted the moment something slips.
The basic framework already exists; you’ll simply tighten it up rather than build from scratch. You won’t be expected to speak with clients—just keep the numbers and schedules clean, clear, and current.
Familiarity with commercial roofing terminology and strong ClickUp skills are essential. If you can start with a light system tune-up and then maintain daily updates, let’s talk.
