Commercial Electrical Wiring Setup

I’m preparing a new commercial space and need a qualified engineer-electrician to design and document the complete electrical wiring system. The scope covers everything from incoming service to final outlet and equipment feeds, all in compliance with local code and relevant NFPA/IEC standards.

What I need from you
• A load calculation and single-line diagram that match the building’s projected demand
• Detailed conduit and cabling layout drawings (PDF + editable CAD)
• Panel schedules, breaker sizing, grounding and bonding notes
• A concise material take-off list so my procurement team can order accurately
• Written installation guidelines that a licensed contractor can follow on-site

Acceptance criteria
• All drawings must be clear, scaled and stamped (if you hold the right license)
• Calculations should show assumptions, demand factors and safety margins
• Documents must pass authority-having-jurisdiction review without revision
